DEADSTOCK PROGRAM

Medical Products, Inc. would like to propose to your company a simple program to eliminate your Deadstock problems.  This program is designed to allow you to send your Deadstock inventory to MPI at cost credit.

PROGRAM LAYOUT

1. Send a list of your Deadstock to MPI with item number, qty, and cost. MPI will then issue a purchase order to you and the total Deadstock amount.

2.      Purchase good products from MPI at the Deadstock Price, which is a discounted price.

3. When you are invoiced you will notice a deadstock savings on your invoice.  That savings is the difference between regular price and the Deadstock Price.
4. When prompt payment is received, the deadstock savings for each invoice will be deducted from your original deadstock balance.  You will receive a monthly statement to reflect each transaction on your account.
5. Before the Deadstock program is complete, the Deadstock amount and the Deadstock you send will be equal.  Basically, you will be purchasing an amount such that the difference between regular price and dead stock price is equal to the amount of Deadstock you send.

This program can be done through lump sum purchases or through several purchases at your discretion.  If the program is done through several purchases, your deadstock balance will be deducted based on the payment of each invoice and should be applied until Deadstock total is zero.  At that time you can send in more deadstock products or exit the program.

We feel this program is a unique opportunity to clear your shelves of dead inventory.  You will be able to remove dead inventory and stock your shelves with usable merchandise, and eliminate any costly returns or restocking fees.
