Returns & Damages
RETURNS AND DAMAGES: Before signing Bill of lading or UPS/FED-EX documents carefully inspect all merchandise for any shortages or damages. If any shortages occur, please make a notation on bill of lading or UPS/FED-EX document, then notify MPI immediately. If damages occur, please make a notation on bill of lading or UPS/FED-EX document, then refuse damaged product and contact MPI immediately. We apologize for any shipping errors. Please notify of any discrepancies within 5 working days of receipt of product. If we are not notified within this period of time, full credit may not be given. After 30 days, any returns for any reason will have a 20% restocking fee applied. All dated items must be returned within 30 days for credit. We will not accept returns on items over 45 days.
